220V Mains-Powered Intelligent Parking Lock with IP68 Protection and Three-Layer Vehicle Detection Algorithm

The AKPK113 and AKPK115 are mains-powered flat plate intelligent parking locks designed for private, reserved and managed parking spaces.

The parking lock is powered by a 220V mains supply through a power box, making it suitable for parking locations with a stable mains power connection. AKPK113 is designed for left-side installation, while AKPK115 is designed for right-side installation.

The product combines microwave radar, geomagnetic detection and infrared sensing. Its three-layer vehicle detection algorithm uses an imported chip to provide stable vehicle detection performance in different parking environments.

The flat lock plate is operated by a geared motor drive. It can raise to a maximum height of 220 mm ±2 mm, with a raising or lowering time of less than 6 seconds.

The parking lock is equipped with intelligent lock-plate position and status monitoring. It also supports intelligent voice warnings, remote parameter setting, software control and manual operation.

With IP68 protection and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +80°C, the AKPK113 and AKPK115 are suitable for outdoor parking space management applications.

The raising time is less than 6 seconds, and the lowering time is less than 6 seconds.

The precision worm-gear buffering structure provides obstacle protection during lock-plate operation. The maximum obstacle protection force is 100 N.

The intelligent monitoring device can monitor the lock-plate position and operating status.

In rainy or snowy conditions, the parking lock can automatically lower the lock plate to help prevent equipment obstruction caused by weather conditions.

The parking lock supports Bluetooth BLE 5.0 and RS485 communication.

It supports remote parameter setting, software control and manual operation. The system supports HTTPS, MQTT and TCP communication protocols for integration with suitable parking management or access control systems.
